Perform onsite, employment related projects. Screen candidates during hiring process. Create company wide recruiting plan. Develop a customized hiring system, with streamlined internal hiring processes; from job opening to hire. Create a customized interviewing process for each member of management, & provide coaching to assure an effective interview process.
