With over 16 years experience, Sam has managed
all facets of the employment arena at the corporate level, & has received
national recognition for her recruiting abilities. Currently, Sam
provides workforce development consultation to companies that have a desire
to build a strong workforce.
She has been instrumental in workforce development
efforts for various clients, through grant writing to fund corporate wide
training programs. Her strong network has proven invaluable to employers
in recruiting, training, public relations, & state affairs.
Sam shares her knowledge as a guest speaker
at various workforce venues; 2007 Governor's Safety Conference, Worker's
Compensation Annual Conference, American Society for Training & Development
South Area Regional Conference,and state wide job fairs. She has contributed
to various forums in education and economic development, to heighten the
awareness of the workforce needs of employers & build the future
workforce of Arkansas.
Sam has served in leadership
roles through her association memberships with the American Society for
Training and Development; National & AR chapter, Central Arkansas Human
Resources Association; National and AR Chapter, North Little Rock &
Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and Girl Scouts of Ouachita Council.
